How fit do I need to be
We offer three experience types according to your appetite for difficulty, cycling ability and physical fitness. We ask that you are entirely transparent and honest when asked about your fitness so that we can allocate riders into the right groups, this allows for greater enjoyment and safety. You do not need anything more than a good level of fitness to take part (although invariably you may find some activities easier if you are a little fitter) but a sense of adventure and a positive attitude are very important.
What rider support is available?
The safety of our riders is our absolute priority, all ride leaders are full trained in first aid, we have a support vehicle on each ride, we also take each guest through our Flyingeese cycling etiquette prior to any cycling. Each guest is required to complete a pre-ride questionnaire so we have an understanding the medical and physical condition of each rider. Our ride leaders are current or previous professionals.
