Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received 8 weeks prior to booking may be eligible to receive a full refund less £50 administration fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations will be accepted via post, phone or e-mail and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the guest and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

Flyingeese reserves the right to cancel a tour due to circumstances, which would make the tour non-viable. In the unlikely event that Flyingeese is required to cancel a tour, guests will be offered a full refund.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for guests who fail to attend a tour. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details.
